Bishop Robert Fisher is returning to his alma mater Thursday, Oct. 11.
Fisher, who serves in the Archdiocese of Detroit, will be speaking about his journey from business major at the university to his appointment as bishop.
A 1983 graduate of University of Detroit, Fisher is a former rector at National Shrine of the Little Flower in Royal Oak.
His talk will be held in the second floor ballroom of the student center, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Attendance is free and refreshments will be served.
